Merz b. Schwanen's102Vintage Henley in Ink Blue takes inspiration from the original 1911'worker button-up shirt' that jumpstarted all of Merz. It features an authentic neckline with the collar being turned over by hand twice - the exact way how the neckline was processed over 100 years ago. This is an absolute favorite of ours for its form-fitting look and vintage aesthetic.

Thishenley, being thinner and more of a vintage cut, is best for your base layer and indoor lounging. But can also double as a light layer if you would like for the warmer months. Note that the viscose/cotton blend makes this fabric quite stretchy so the measurements may look small, but will stretch accordingly for a nice snug but comfortable fit. Made on original loopwheelers in Germany-one of two remaining loopwheeler operations in the world, the result is a seamless tubular fabric that will be your most comfortable henley.

Note:Runs slightly small and due to shrinkage after wash, recommend sizing up one full size.Cold wash, hang dry. Length and sleeve will shrink approximately 2' after wash. Measurement Note: Due to the irregularities characteristic of loopwheelers, there will be slight variations within each size. Additionally, consistent with how Merz measures their shirts, the Length measurement is taken from the highest point of the shirt (where the neckline and shoulder meet), instead of from the center of the neckline. In general, we do not find the irregularities significant enough to impact the size you should wear.
